Wow, Madonna's song is popping into my brain..."Like a virgin, blogging for the very first time..." Ok, it's more like Weird Al's version but still. This is my first post on all things writing. I'm a gentle person, but honest. So if I think something's funky, I'll be sure to call it/myself/you on it. But in a nice way, not the catty, LA way.
Received a rejection today...yay! From someone I'd actually removed from my list. Men will never like my ms, and hey, that's ok...and especially not Mr. 63 year old agent. I won't mention names but he resides in NYC so I know that narrows it down.
My ms is 95,000 words and currently titled, PURE. It's out w/ several agents but I've heard nary a peep in weeks=a rejection. Not always, but a lot.
I'll try to think of something exciting for my next post since this is so boring. Hey, "the first time" is never the greatest...right?
